Yes, they are real doritos on top of a lime cheesecake with a dorito crust. The dorito creation was a special request/challenge and people actually really liked it. The cheesecake part wasn't too sweet more lime zesty and acidic. I may never make thsi again but I am totally fascinated by teh world of savory cakes.
